Urban Decay Naked Heat Palette

The most raved about palette of late is Urban Decay Naked Heat palette and I even after seeing just the packaging online, I caved and bought it during the limited presale. However I don't regret it one bit and can totally get why there has been all the hype around it.

With twelve shadows varying from bronze shades to muddy reds, this makes for the perfect Autumn palette as all the shades add a nice warmth to your eyes. The pigmentation is great for and really transfers well from your brush to eyelid; mean that you get true colour payoff.

My favourite shades that I've been using the most are Sauced, which is a soft terra-cotta matte shade; perfect for using as a base shade to build up upon. Then Lumbre; a copper shimmer with a gold pearl shift, is just the most dreamy shade ever. I love using this in the inner corner and then blending out with the shade Dirty Talk, which is a more deep red metallic shade.

I've not regretted purchasing this palette one bit as I've been able to use it for both day and night looks as the deeper shades are great for vamping up a simple day look to take you to the bar.

There's hardly any transfer also meaning that the shadows stay on fully; however I would recommend using an eyeshadow primer or concealer to ensure your shadow stays on all day.

Have you tried the Naked Heat Palette? Let me know what you think of it in the comments.

Until Next Time...
