Fashion | River Island X Pacha Closing Party

When it comes to beach wear that you want to make a statement with I find that River Island is the best place to head to. They always have something that will look great at a beach club in Ibiza or a pool party in Vegas.

This year marks the last year that River Island are making a collaboration with Pacha, which means of course they are throwing a closing party like no other, which could rival the closing parties in Ibiza. When the team over at River Island asked if I would like to show my ultimate beach party outfit and share with you my summer theme song I said "Hell yes! You guys are my favourite summer go to shop!"

So here's my ultimate River Island X Pacha Beach Party outfit.
Bikini Top (£18.00) - High Waisted Bikini Bottoms (£14.00) - Hair Wrap (£6.00) - Sunglasses (£10.00)

First up lets talk bikini and accessories! As a curvier girl, I love anything high waisted as it sucks me and makes me look that tad bit slimmer! This bikini is right on trend with the Aztec print and the neon colours around the bust and outside edges. To complete this I would jazz up my hair with this geo print hair wrap that has the similar print to the bikini as well as these retro sunglasses that have the similar colours of the bikini along the arms and top part of the frames.

Kimono (£35.00) - Acid Wash High Waisted Shorts (£30.00) - Mini Backpack (£20.00) - Sandals (£35.00)
On your way to the beach or when it starts to get a bit chillier as the evening draws in, you may want to put on a cover up! This cream fringed kimono is to die for! The lace detailing on the back and down the arms is beautiful as well as the fringing making it very on trend for this summer. Pairing this with some acid wash high waisted denim shorts will keep the look still focused on that bright bikini top, which will be seen through the kimono. Shoes wise, I can't deal with heels on the beach, I'm a sandals girl all the way and this pair completely glitz up the outfit with the multi-coloured gems that tie in with the colours on the bikini also. Ultimate comfort also, meaning you can carry on dancing all through the night! And finally you need somewhere to store your sun cream, purse and phone. This little backpack is so cute and is perfect size for your beach essentials, once again a little more fringing! Yes more fringing cause I love it!

So what song would I want to be dancing to in this outfit whilst the sun sets at the ultimate beach party? Duke Dumont, I Got U! This song takes me back to summer 2014 so much and whenever I hear it, my mood is instantly lifted and I just want to have a cocktail in hand, dancing away with my best girl mates whilst ultimately looking great in this outfit!

What's your ultimate summer anthem? Would you rock any of these River Island items on the beach?
Let me know in the comments below.

Until Next Time...
