Food | Quinoa Salad Recipe



As you will have seen from my 2015 Goals, I'm trying to be healthier. So I thought I would share with you this really simple, quick and easy quinoa salad recipe that is so tasty.
I tend to make a batch of this at the weekend and keep it in the fridge for during the week. It's great for work lunches or as a side salad with some fish.
 
 
 
Ingredients
Ready Cooked Quinoa
1 Can of Chickpeas, drained
1 Jar of Kalamata Olives, drained
A Handful of Cherry Tomatoes, cut in half
1 Red Onion chopped finely
1/2 Cucumber diced 
Sprinkle of Chopped Garlic
1/4 packet of Feta Cheese or Greek Salad Cheese
Teaspoon of Oregano
Drizzle of Olive Oil
 








It's pretty simple, just chuck everything into a bowl, mix together and then drizzle with some olive oil. Voila, you have a tasty salad ready in seconds.

I cant tell you how tasty this salad is, looking at is making me want it all over again! Definitely going to be making another batch this weekend,
