Lifestyle | September Favourites

So another month has flown by and now we are offically in autumn, which I have a love hate relationship with!

September actually brought a lot of favourites for me from all different things. Let's get straight into them!

Lush Ultrabland & Tea Tree Toner
Why has it only taken me until now to discover Lush's skincare range! The Ultrabland cleanser applies so easily and with a few swipes of the Tea Tree Toner water my face is clear of all the days grime and make up. It's also really helped clear up any blemishes I was suffering with, which is definitely a bonus!

Barry M Eye Brow Kit
My ELF Cosmetics brow kit was coming to an end and I really needed a cheap pick me up to replace it. Whilst browsing the aisles in Tesco I found Barry M's Eye Brow kit for £5.99. The set comes with a gel, brow powder and a highlighter; as well as an applicator and mini tweezers! The powder takes to your eyebrow really well and your brows will actually stay in place all day. Even my Mum rushed out to buy her own after trying mine.

The Body Shop Honey Bronzer Powder
The only bronzing powder I had was my MAC mineralize finish powder, which I love. I wanted something that I could chuck in my work make up bag and still get the amazing finish and staying power that my MAC bronzer offers. I had heard good things about The Body Shop Honey range especially the bronzer. I've been loving it and have been using it over my MAC bronzer most days now.

Rimmel Brow This Way Brow Gel*
This stuff is amazing! I have it in the clear gel and use it every day now when using my Barry M Brow kit. It really helps to keep your brows in shape and the colour stay. I would defo say that is a dupe for Benefit's Gimmie Brow as it also comes in other various shades, but the clear gel is my favourite!

Rimmel Wonder'full Mascara*
This mascara has argan oil in it's formula so that means it applies so smoothly and leaves your eyelashes looking long and nourished. I've had so many compliments when wearing this mascara as well as asking if I've got fake lashes on? I also love the rose gold packaging, I think we've established I'm a sucker for rose gold anything!

Provoke Touch of Silver Twice a Week Brightening Shampoo
As you will have noticed I've currently been in the process of dying my hair back to it's bright blonde colour that I shunned around this time last year. However due to my hair previously being a dark red/burgundy colour this proved hard to shift through bleach. My hairdresser reccommended trying a violet shampoo to help shift the red a little as well as maintaing the brightness of the blonde colour. I've been loving Provoke Touch of Silver Twice a Week Shampoo, I leave this on for around 5 minutes then rinse throughly. It's really helped lift some of the red colour as well as stopping my hair looking brassy and yellow.

Taylor Swift - Shake It Off
I cannot get this song out of my head! It's embedding constantly in my brain and I'm always singing various lines at my desk at work. Once again Taylor provides a catchy hit song that I love so much. I can't wait to hear the rest of album at the end of October.

Hannah Maggs
September I stumbled across the amazing Hannah Maggs, Stef and Grayson. Their vlogs are just perfect, the way Stef films and edits the footage is just a pure delight to watch. I love them so much I often find myself up until 1am watching their vlogs from months ago. They upload a weekly vlog every Sunday evening and it is something I really look forward to as it helps me wind down before the working week again.

The Great British Bake Off
This has literally been the only thing (bar Downton Abbey now that's back) that I actually watch on TV the time it is on. I have loved this season of GBBO and I can't believe that it finishes on Wednesday. There's been so many ups and downs of this season, ice cream gate, Norman being voted off and Richard's amazing creations. My bets are on Richard to win, I mean 5 times star baker, that is a record!

So that's all my favourites from September! Quite a lot, and I know there was so many more but I reckon half of you have fallen asleep by now. I can't wait for October's favourites as we are only 3 days in and I've already found some gems that I'm loving.

What have you been loving in September?
Let me know in the comments.

Until Next Time...
